Out of many possibilities, one direction is about to be taken. It will go against perceived wisdom and social expectations. It's likely to upset others and catch some flak.
I usually look at the bottom card, but only after I've done the reading. Sometimes I regard it as a confirmation - or not! Sometimes it's more like a postscript.
